Annual Physical Exam

I started with a sore throat last Tuesday, next day a scratchy throat, days after that coughing, congestion.  I was afraid it would  go into my chest.  Scheduled appointment online, no wait time at the office.  The receptionist, to the nurse that call me in, to the doctor coming in to see me, all were professional, pleasant, and listened to me.  I always go to this urgent care location.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

Dr. Was so amazing, she seems very concern. She was the only Dr. and she was not rushing at all. She explain everything.

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was too sick to remember who my nurse and doctor was but they got me in and out quickly and they were very sweet.

My daughter has a pink eye so I took her in and the wait time and quality care was amazing

Ms. Betty, Haydee, Deysi, Anastasia. The staff were amazing and caring. They listened to our issues and provided the appropriate treatment and offered follow-ups. I highly recommend Modern MD to all my family and friends! 😊

This urgent care is quick, efficient and has the most caring people working there. Second time going here and had a pleasant experience here wouldn’t go anywhere else because the staff and the doctors made me feel at ease.
