Excellent staff very polite, office very clean. And I had no wait time.

Everything was wonderful.  The staff at the front desk great, check-in quick.  I was lucky and only had a 5 minute wait.  The tech and PA spent a good amount of time with me.  The PA sent a prescription over to cvs immediately.  I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

They are so efficient and accommodating. Love the people.

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

Dr. Was so amazing, she seems very concern. She was the only Dr. and she was not rushing at all. She explain everything.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

I haven't been breathing well for 2 days. I've been wheezing and it's interrupting my sleep. The receptionist at the desk was very pleasant and much concerned. She check me in right away, and as I went to sit down I was called in the room. Ms. Rita was very pleasant. Dr. Esteban-Galindo bed side manners were superb.

From the moment I walked in to leaving my experience was pleasant! Yes, sick and all I’m using the word pleasant! Everyone was friendly, kind and efficient from office staff to the doctor ! I live 30 minutes from this urgent care and will use in the future. Highly recommend!
