This was my first time  And I have to say it was amazing they took great care of me  Gave me medicine that Made me great instantly  Def recommend it

Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

I had a sneaking suspicion something was amiss but I wanted a professional opinion. My PCP clinic is 1.5hr away and this situation wasn't worth the drive so I made an appointment here. It took a little while to be seen but I was really pleased with the quality of care.

Woke up with a sore throat, walked in to AFC in the afternoon and had to fill out information on the phone once there to get to see the doctor. Luckily there was one appointment on front, waited 10 minutes and got to see the assistant to take Covid and Strep test then doctor came in to do the check up. End up with a Strep, in-n-out in 30 minutes. Suggest to make an appointment online ahead of time which I didn't.

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
