The staff was very welcoming and saw me promptly. The doctor spent considerable time and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. The entire visit was actually enjoyable.

Even through the system somehow mixed up the appointment I made and changed it to a different time, they got me in quickly. The doctor was kind, efficient and explained everything thoroughly.

Everything was great with the staff and the service but why is the waiting room so hot?!?

I saw my primary on Thursday for the same condition (at a health system considered the premier in the mid-Atlantic region). They did no tests and prescribed no remedy. Today (Saturday) came here. They sorted me out and scheduled future tests. So, they solved my issues.

I spent the Thanksgiving holiday coughing my way through dinner and promised my daughter I would get care right afterwards. AFC Urgent Care is easier and quicker than seeing my PCP.  I was early and expected to wait, but they took me right in. The medical assistant took my vitals and the physician came in soon afterwards. She was very friendly and thorough, and answered my questions about possible drug interactions. I was out and in my car about ten minutes after my scheduled  appointment time.

All the staff were so friendly. The PA Ashley was very knowledgeable too. Easy to schedule as well. Very clean.

I went to your facility on Friday evening as a walk in after trying for four days to clear up my cough, post nasal drip, sore throat and wheezing. Took the prescibed meds...Saturday morning my sore throat was gone! I'm on the mend! Thank you!!!!
