Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. The wait time was a bit long, but I did arrive at a very busy time in the afternoon. (I had to return today so I arrived at 7:15am and was seen immediately!) ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE WERE AS NICE AS COULD BE!!! The front desk people were swamped, but still managed to be completely organized and very competent at a stressful time of the day. The technicians who took care of me each day were AWESOME, super nice, friendly, cheerful and smart who both displayed the type of bedside manner we all hope to receive wherever we go. I would absolutely return and would encourage others to go to that particular office as well!
