The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The PA who saw my son misdiagnosed him and treated him as an otitis media with amoxicillin. He did not have otitis media and the ear pain, infection got worse and worse. We went to our pediatrician today and he has a severe otitis externa/ cellulitis. Please be sure of what you are treating before prescribing because my son has been suffering for days with a terrible infection that wasn't being treated properly because of the poor exam skills of the medical professional he had.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Went to AFC for an employer drug screening. Monica, the person who administered the test was extremely informative, clear & concise with directions, and very friendly. Monica is an asset to AFC.

Staff was super helpful and friendly both over the phone and in person.  The doctor was friendly, patient and she made sure I understood how to use the inhaler.

First time going to urgent care in old bridge the best experience I have ever had every one was nice and helpful I thank the entire staff god bless you all and happy holidays

Just wish I new no xray tech was available in the beginning but the dr. I saw was very nice and made it worth the wait.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

Just what I wanted and on time

Had to cancel my appointment. Rescheduled for tomorrow at noon.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Spent the night coughing, went online and made a 10 am appt.  I was seen immediately, my medical record was observed, medication prescribed, out by 10:30.  Missy was great and very thorough.  Feeling better today. (Day after)

I was able to walk in without issue, check in was a breeze and I was seen and treated promptly. Very good service.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

All providers were so friendly and personable and put me at ease to discuss my medical issues
