East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

Even through the system somehow mixed up the appointment I made and changed it to a different time, they got me in quickly. The doctor was kind, efficient and explained everything thoroughly.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The wait was very short. They truly care for the well being of the patients. Doctor listened and explained, treatment very well and answered all my questions. Overall great experience, highly recommend this office.

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Do not honor scheduling time Took walk in before me even though I was there at my appointment time

Location was recommended by friend and my first time visit was excellent! I registered online for appointment and for paperwork. When I checked in all was in their system and I just needed to pay my co pay. The wait time in the waiting room  was 5-7 minutes. The area was spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very professional and courteous . When called into the exam room the nurse was just as professional and courteous. Took my vitals and listened intently to my reason for my visit. The room was very clean and I was entertained by Barney on the tv screen. I waited a good 10-15 minutes for the doctor who was very thorough in questioning me and listening to my lungs. I agreed with his diagnosis and plan going forward. Again a very professional setting. I would highly recommend this Nanuet New York facility.

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.
