There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

The PA who saw my son misdiagnosed him and treated him as an otitis media with amoxicillin. He did not have otitis media and the ear pain, infection got worse and worse. We went to our pediatrician today and he has a severe otitis externa/ cellulitis. Please be sure of what you are treating before prescribing because my son has been suffering for days with a terrible infection that wasn't being treated properly because of the poor exam skills of the medical professional he had.

Woke up with a uti went to work felt terrible the whole day went to urgent care and so glad I did so so nice there people where great the only thing was when the pr came in asked me why I was there I had to do a urine sample not sure why I had to say i had a uti she had the results in her hand but it was fine thank you

Went to AFC for an employer drug screening. Monica, the person who administered the test was extremely informative, clear & concise with directions, and very friendly. Monica is an asset to AFC.

Wasn’t feeling well , thought I had a UTI. Made an appointment for 10 am . I was greeted when I came in and they checked that I che led in. Waited about 20 minutes, I was seen and they che led my urine. Just the beginning of it. The dr. sent a prescription to my pharmacy and I was out within the hr. At other places I would have to wait close to an hour and than wait again in the che lip room. Very satisfied with everything.

Don’t use solv to schedule your appointment. It doesn’t connect with the office so they didn’t have my appointment there or any of the paperwork I filled out online. Was pretty frustrating.

My visit experience was perfect, all the personnel were very kind , place is clean and peaceful the nurse who attend me was very kind  Thanks!

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Just what I wanted and on time

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

Had to cancel my appointment. Rescheduled for tomorrow at noon.
