Thank you to staff of PromptMD Fort Lee for the patience, compassion, and consideration. They were scheduled to close early yesterday (Black Friday) but made the decision to stay on and see 3 more patients (including myself)!

Check-in was fast and simple. Staff was amazing with my 5 year old!

Scheduling was so easy, check in was a pleasure, the most wonderful staff, and the PA spent time with me, coming up with ways to treat my cough…I would recommend this office to everyone!!

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

I would definitely recommend.  The entire staff was very helpful and supportive.

Stephanie was kind, caring, and professional. I trusted her advice and her assessment of the situation and what is going on. The person that took the culture was also very kind and professional, and had a very steady hand. I would absolutely.return here for other media l issues that come up.

The nurse and doctor were very kind, helpful and thorough.  Different than usual Dr that’s there, she actually listened and didn’t talk over you when you were describing pain and issues.  They were both very helpful.

All the staff were so friendly. The PA Ashley was very knowledgeable too. Easy to schedule as well. Very clean.

Very competent staff . Answered all my questions without hesitation. Will definitely return on my next trip from Canada
