The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.

I just walked-in and managed to check-in and see a practitioner at that same time. I only paid the co-payment of my insurance policy and I provided my health insurance policy information. The online registration was confusing. The appointment time given leads you to believe that you have an appointment. Other than that the staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean facility!!

Hello. This was my first time ever visiting a modern md. I must say the staff at this location was amazing. They actually made me feel comfortable in the middle of a pandemic. So i truly appreciate the welcoming and the courtesy that was extended at this location. If i ever have an emergency or dont feel well this is definitely where i will come. Thank you so so much.

In a word EASY! I made the appointment online. I was taken right away. The staff were friendly & professional. The facility was immaculately clean. My check in was also easy. Since I had visited previously all my information was available. I would highly recommend this urgent care
