I was too sick to remember who my nurse and doctor was but they got me in and out quickly and they were very sweet.

My daughter has a pink eye so I took her in and the wait time and quality care was amazing

i was a walk-in due to an ear ach. dr and staff were excellent

Staff was very kind. The check-in process was fast and I was seen by the doctor relatively quickly.

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.

Dr. Was so amazing, she seems very concern. She was the only Dr. and she was not rushing at all. She explain everything.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

Doctor covered all the possible symptoms and treatments that I may be provided.

Everything was wonderful.  The staff at the front desk great, check-in quick.  I was lucky and only had a 5 minute wait.  The tech and PA spent a good amount of time with me.  The PA sent a prescription over to cvs immediately.  I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

They are so efficient and accommodating. Love the people.

After years at IMA in Shrewsbury -- i am so much happier here. This is a really great place.

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.
