Prompt always has amazing service. The staff is so friendly, and the Solv check in is amazing and convenient. The doctor and nurses were fast and great listeners. For minor illnesses I always come here because of the great service across the board. Thank you!

I love this place. The staff were wonderful, and compassionate.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.
