It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. Each and every staff person was very friendly and professional. It was a positive experience

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

That was my first visit with my daughter and so far, so satisfying.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
