Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

I always have no issues when I go to the Greenvale Northwell health doctor is very friendly knowledgeable and seem to help me every time

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.
