The staff is great. They help me how to put in my information on my phone and got the proper treatment I needed to get. All I can say is a 10 out of 10, I would definitely come back in the future.

My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

My GP retired recently and I was monitoring my blood pressure for a few weeks before going to the new PA.  I received a high reading at the drug store machine and was concerned.  I decided to head over to DOCS and received a free blood pressure check which WAS high and needed to be addressed. I was then seen by the doctor. I cannot say enough about the receptionist, nurse or Dr Marshall.  By the time I left I was totally at ease and had my high blood pressure discussed thoroughly and dealt with and can call if I have questions or concerns.  DOCS is the BEST!

I made a same day appointment and was  seen right on time. The office was very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. The nurse was incredibly gentle with my young child. The doctor listened to all of my concerns and gave great feedback. I would highly recommend. This is the Urgent Care I plan on using for now on.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
