My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. My GP retired recently and I was monitoring my blood pressure for a few weeks before going to the new PA.  I received a high reading at the drug store machine and was concerned.  I decided to head over to DOCS and received a free blood pressure check which WAS high and needed to be addressed. I was then seen by the doctor. I cannot say enough about the receptionist, nurse or Dr Marshall.  By the time I left I was totally at ease and had my high blood pressure discussed thoroughly and dealt with and can call if I have questions or concerns.  DOCS is the BEST!

I made a same day appointment and was  seen right on time. The office was very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. The nurse was incredibly gentle with my young child. The doctor listened to all of my concerns and gave great feedback. I would highly recommend. This is the Urgent Care I plan on using for now on.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
