My mother and I walked in and immediately checked in the kiosk. We were called rather quickly. The doctor listened to me, I knew I needed antibiotics and other meds. Only part that was disappointing was the pharmacy confusion. Sent to wrong pharmacy, waiting, went home without meds. Someone else had to bring it to me. Need better communication.

The check-in was very fast and easy. It was no people there. I went to the other urgent care that’s across the street and the other lady told me that it’ll be a hour to wait. Everything was wonderful. The staff at the front desk great, check-in quick. I was lucky and only had a 5 minute wait. The tech and PA spent a good amount of time with me. The PA sent a prescription over to cvs immediately. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

She gave me a shot for pain and sent me for xrays. She got me in right away to see a specialist for my shoulder. He was friendly and treated my pain with shot. I will follow up with him after an MRI.
