The staff was wonderful. Very attentive and very helpful. They knew what they were doing. Didn’t have to wait long. Provider was very resourceful and great at explaining the steps for me to feel better. Overall a great experience. Front desk girls were amazing!

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

Had been experiencing jaw pain for a few days and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see my dentist until at least Monday. I was hesitant to go urgent care on a Saturday, I assumed I’d be waiting forever and for jaw pain, they wouldn’t be able to do much. But actually, I reserved a spot online and they took me right away. The medical assistant and doctor were so nice, helped me as best as they could, and sent me home with a prescription that eased the pain tremendously the next day. I’d never been to this location before but I’m glad I made the trip and the next time I need to go to urgent care, I’ll be going here. Thank you everyone at AFC Piscataway !

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

I had a UTI and needed to be seen ASAP. I was a walk in and waited about an hour which was fine. Once I was seen the nurse practitioner took excellent care of me and I was able to get my antibiotics right away. I have been to this facility befit and have always had a good experience.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

Easy to walk in - get a quick appointment- clean and easy snd everyone friendly. Nurse was fine - although ordered me blood tests and said (on a Friday) that since she’s not in until Monday would have to wait for her to call me to discuss them. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever- blood tests came back today (Saturday) and I see elevated issues - could be nothing of course or could require antibiotics or medication, but of course no way to reach anyone easily to ask.   So clearly a major gap in the service.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

My husband scheduled an appointment for me and within minutes of my arrival I was greeted with a smile and was admitted shortly thereafter.  Rebekah and the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  The clinic is in a convenient location.
