I started with a sore throat last Tuesday, next day a scratchy throat, days after that coughing, congestion.  I was afraid it would  go into my chest.  Scheduled appointment online, no wait time at the office.  The receptionist, to the nurse that call me in, to the doctor coming in to see me, all were professional, pleasant, and listened to me.  I always go to this urgent care location.

Love this location for me and my daughter ! Wait time was good and staff is super friendly!

My daughter has a pink eye so I took her in and the wait time and quality care was amazing

I was too sick to remember who my nurse and doctor was but they got me in and out quickly and they were very sweet.

Was able to walk in and get the care that I needed. Check in was quick. Waiting time was about an hour and half which is not bad for a walk in. Staff and physician were friendly. Thanks for the care that I really needed!

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

I came in with severe lower back pain, making it incredibly difficult to stand or walk. I expressed concern over this being a possible kidney infection based on my previous experiences, and the doctor denied running a blood test to check for went white blood cell count upon my request, simply because I did not have a fever and the urine came back clear at the time. I was only offered antibiotics, no prescribed pain meds. The next morning, I went to the ER because the pain was intolerable, and my white blood cell count was at 15, when the upper end of the normal range is 10, indicating infection, despite my urine still being clear, and I was admitted to the hospital. I feel that it was a disregard for my knowledge of my own body’s health history and laziness that resulted in no blood test being done. Had a blood test been done that day, I would have gone to the ER that same day before the pain got so bad that I was on the floor at home sobbing.

Everything was wonderful.  The staff at the front desk great, check-in quick.  I was lucky and only had a 5 minute wait.  The tech and PA spent a good amount of time with me.  The PA sent a prescription over to cvs immediately.  I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
