I had a follow up with Bettina. She was wonderful and extremely helpful. She absolutely saved me last week! Her bedside manner is superb! The xray technician was also kind, compassionate and friendly, as well as the receptionist. You definitely feel cared for there. I definitely recommend this urgent care.

Just what I wanted and on time

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

My daughter fell on her walk home, and we knew after seeing her ankle she needed to be seen.  We came in as a walk in, waited less than 5 min to be se someone, and the staff was extremely thorough in explaining to my daughter the XRay process and after care.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.
