Longer than normal wait but I understand

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

Didn’t find a broken toe as my orthropedic dr. did. When I visited. Her 3 days later!!!!  Shocking!

Saw pa Steve who was polite and had very gentle hands.  I highly recommend him Dr. Andrew picone

I highly recommend Live Urgent Care!  I walk in without an appointment and have never had a long wait time. Attending doctors and nurses are always very knowledgeable.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!
