Book urgent care & walk-in clinics near me in Pawling, NY

My son was sick Thursday night and I was able to book an appointment for Friday morning. Everyone here was great!

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Very quick and everyone was polite and very caring

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Made appt for my elderly father at 3pm, wait was minimal, seen by 3:30. Excellent staff and extremely impressed with MD, Dr Roberts, she was friendly, caring and very thorough. Beautiful, new facility

I was seen by a very competent physical assistant. She addressed my needs and concerns and prescribed an appropriate antibiotic. I am on the road to recovery and appreciate the excellent care I received at this urgent care! I would recommend this facility highly!

Came in after work with no wait time. PA was kind and informative.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I booked and was seen the same morning. The checkin process was extremely easy and we seen with in mins of arrival.

This is the only place i go they are wonderful and very caring thank you 🙏

They was so nice to my kids the doc was excelent and the staff was so nice miss Indira and genesis

Staff very friendly. Caregivers knowledgeable. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Would use them again for an urgent care need.
