Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I started having symptoms of a UTI at 5 AM. I was able to step away from work and WestMed took me as a walk-in at 4:30 PM. The staff was friendly and the doctor was extremely kind and had incredible bedside manner. He comforted me as I started to cry about the blood in my urine sample. Will gladly go back next time I am sick.

Hello. This was my first time ever visiting a modern md. I must say the staff at this location was amazing. They actually made me feel comfortable in the middle of a pandemic. So i truly appreciate the welcoming and the courtesy that was extended at this location. If i ever have an emergency or dont feel well this is definitely where i will come. Thank you so so much.
