This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

My husband was diagnosed with Covid so I went immediately to my neighborhood AHS Urgent Care. Walked right in. I was first person there & after completing forms, taken into an exam room. Fantastic nurse took my vitals & told me doctor would be in to see me in about 10 minutes. Right on schedule, the female doctor arrived. She gave me the positive diagnosis, answered all my questions, listened carefully, showed caring & concern & told me what to expect from illness. She also had a great sense of humor!  A great experience.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

I had a very good experience this afternoon.   It was my first time here, and I was very impressed.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. Thank you to the staff for making the choice so easy.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Friendly atmosphere. Very qualified quick and efficient, but willing to listen. My meds were being prepared at cvs as I walked out the door. Wonderful.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Still awaiting results from overnight strep test and it was taken Saturday at 3pm?   All else was great.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Woke up with a uti went to work felt terrible the whole day went to urgent care and so glad I did so so nice there people where great the only thing was when the pr came in asked me why I was there I had to do a urine sample not sure why I had to say i had a uti she had the results in her hand but it was fine thank you

Just what I wanted and on time

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way
