Not feeling well two days ago, fever, headache, cough, I went up to receptionist very courteous, nurse inside was friendly and nice, very comfortable and clean, Doctor is caring and sympathetic towards my feelings, would recommend anyone to go there in and out 35min

I woke up this Am and my child had a cough that’s doesn’t sound normal, I 1st booked with PM Peds but the next available appointment is at 1:45, they open at 12, then I tried Westmed and their availability were  unlimited for today, lucky day !! I selected the 11 am slot, did all the paper work on line, by the time we arrived , we checked in and the tracking wait meter activated on my phone , today  was a good day usually there’s 4 patient in the waiting area at this time but not today, we were the next in to see the Dr. Woo hoo!  We went in and my child got treated , given a dose of meds, diagnosis, and advance treatment and we were discharged.  Dr. Baggley suggested some remedies to treat his diagnosis, the staff were all professional, polite, friendly with a smile.  We wil be back!

My doctor listened to me and honestly just seemed like she understood me. I haven’t experienced that in awhile especially when it comes down to women’s health. I would recommend this provider

Everything was wonderful.  The staff at the front desk great, check-in quick.  I was lucky and only had a 5 minute wait.  The tech and PA spent a good amount of time with me.  The PA sent a prescription over to cvs immediately.  I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

This urgent care is always top notch. If u make an appointment u always get in on time. They are all very polite and caring. They are very professional and very thorough.

I woke up this morning with discomfort along my neck & back areas on the left side.  Around 3:00pm, I noticed a more pronounced sensation around the left clavicle.  I came to West Med Urge Care and was seen by the doctor in a reasonable amount of time.  He ordered an x-ray and immediately diagnosed my condition.  Yes, I would recommend this provider.
