Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Dr M .Tugetman.saw me  order ed azithromycin antibiotics for me to CVS pharmacy  ,instead he ordered eye drops  .I try to contact afc. Dr left before 5 pmI was very upset and sick came back home . I will never go to afc again.bad experience.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

I appreciate the leve of care received. I prefer to go to this location than any where else. My last visit was decent but the front desk lady tried to take my blood and bruised both my arms and I ended up with an upper arm reaction, very frustrating and painful experience, I still have the image to this day.

Nothing they are great I’m happy with the job they did respectful and nice help with questions I had and didn’t give me no attitude I will be going there or telling other people to go there when ever they get injured

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.
