Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

I went to North Shore/LIJ Medical Group Urgent Care Center at 95-25 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park for my Covid-19 nasal swab test on May 16, 2020! The team were amazing! The Nurse Practitioner is an ENT specialist! She was truly wonderful! The team were very supportive, caring and compassionate! The NP even knew that I had a deviated septum just by looking at my nose! She really made the testing tolerable! Anyone in the New York area who needs to be tested should go there! I felt like I had 3 Angels in the room with me today! I am feeling totally blessed! ❤🙏😍😊
