Came to the office on Sunday when my right eye was swollen, red and painfull and realized I had a red bumpy Rash on the bridge if my nose and it was painful under my glasses. Had headaches. Waited about 2hrs to see the staff. Staff was courteous, but it was a long wait to see the assistant and Dr. After giving symptoms to assistant, sge gave me an eye test naming the letters. The Dr. came in a few mins later for about 10 mins just looked at me and said I had shingles/herpes virus and it infected my eye and I need to see my eye Dr. Mon. Because it can cause blindness if not treated right away. She sent RX to my pharmacy and said goodbye.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. I had a UTI and needed to be seen ASAP. I was a walk in and waited about an hour which was fine. Once I was seen the nurse practitioner took excellent care of me and I was able to get my antibiotics right away. I have been to this facility befit and have always had a good experience.

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.
