Book urgent care & walk-in clinics near me in Roosevelt Island, NY

Booked my appointment last night on line. I Followed the instructions I received. I arrived at the facility and checked in on the phone and the young lady at the desk reviewed and finished my check in. So quick and easy. I went right in and saw Kelsey. She was extremely thorough and asked a ton of questions to ensure I received the correct care. All staff members were friendly and caring. I was in and out very quickly which was all that was needed for a UTI. I live 6 minutes away.  By the time I got home, I had confirmation from my pharmacy that they had my prescription, my receipt of payment, a message from Kelsey confirming what she sent to the pharmacy and this survey. 40 minutes from the time I entered the facility u til I was sitting 9n my couch. Amazing! I have recommended Urgent Care in the past and will continue. Thanks so much!

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

Five star plus to the receptionists ,nurse and the Doctor. Very kind and caring. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

My husband had a sore on his leg that wasn’t healing,and Rose gave him an antibiotic cream & antibiotic to take orally. Hopefully that will help.

Easy to walk in - get a quick appointment- clean and easy snd everyone friendly. Nurse was fine - although ordered me blood tests and said (on a Friday) that since she’s not in until Monday would have to wait for her to call me to discuss them. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever- blood tests came back today (Saturday) and I see elevated issues - could be nothing of course or could require antibiotics or medication, but of course no way to reach anyone easily to ask.   So clearly a major gap in the service.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
