Annual Physical Exam

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I had a good experience visiting them with my 11-year-old it was sick right away. I said he was wheezing have problems with his asthma right away. They took him in. I thought that was a plus I recommend them. They are very professional, thank you.🙏🏻

Staff was very helpful and the doctor was very helpful and thorough.

Staff,nurses,doctors was very friendly they have you in and out. They don’t waste your time. Also nice security guard but he oversteps a little.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

They were nice just took so long even though I was the only patient but sweet staff

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

This is the first time I have been to this urgent care. The nurse practitioner that I saw was knowledgeable, smart, helpful, answered all my questions and REALLY listened to my concerns and feelings. It's one of the first urgent care that I've been to where the facks are presented in front off you and you are asked to for the options that best suit you, in decisiding your own care. Even at checkout, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I hope I don't need too, but if I do, I will be back to this urgent care, they were really great.
