Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I woke up this morning with a sore throat, I arrived and check in was super easy. Staff was friendly, I had to wait a little longer but it was much easier than making an appointment at my doctors office and having to wait days. This was quicker and easier, highly recommend!

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Location was recommended by friend and my first time visit was excellent! I registered online for appointment and for paperwork. When I checked in all was in their system and I just needed to pay my co pay. The wait time in the waiting room  was 5-7 minutes. The area was spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very professional and courteous . When called into the exam room the nurse was just as professional and courteous. Took my vitals and listened intently to my reason for my visit. The room was very clean and I was entertained by Barney on the tv screen. I waited a good 10-15 minutes for the doctor who was very thorough in questioning me and listening to my lungs. I agreed with his diagnosis and plan going forward. Again a very professional setting. I would highly recommend this Nanuet New York facility.

My son was taken care with a lot of respect and care. The Staff was very kind. Front Desk Super. I’m very happy because that is what we need people with a lot of empathy .

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

I came in to receive a sports physical and this office offered great service throughout my whole experience there. I was able to call ahead of time and receive all the information I needed. The wait time was small and everyone was friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. My daughter woke up with a sore throat, and I was able to book an appointment that same morning. It was super easy to book, the check in process was smooth, the location is convenient, and we were out of there in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I was so sick with chest pain. They were extremely accommodating and sent me right to the ER for further testing where I was able to get some pain relief
