This was my first time at this office and it went quickly and without hitch.

Easy check-in and no wait time. Friendly and attentive medical staff.

The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the practitioner was clear on my treatment plan.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

Each and every staff person was very friendly and professional. It was a positive experience

Check-in was fast and simple. Staff was amazing with my 5 year old!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Dr Dort quickly diagnosed me and called in the prescription shortly after. It's 24b hours later and I'm feeling much better. Thanks!

Great as always. Speedy and efficient. Feels like a regular doctor. Highly recommend.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I made a same day appointment and was  seen right on time. The office was very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. The nurse was incredibly gentle with my young child. The doctor listened to all of my concerns and gave great feedback. I would highly recommend. This is the Urgent Care I plan on using for now on.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Very good didn't have to wait long got in and out the doctor was great now my daughter is feeling better

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

My daughter woke up with a sore throat, and I was able to book an appointment that same morning. It was super easy to book, the check in process was smooth, the location is convenient, and we were out of there in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
