Book urgent care & walk-in clinics near me in Syosset, NY

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Woke up with a back ache Sunday morning pass and I couldn't walk so I went to the clinic Tuesday morning and they really took care of me right away and I was so happy and I would recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone.

The staff was fast did well I didt wait long I’m waiting area or room

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Scheduling was alright and fairly forward. Wait was a little long though, but I understand that there is multiple patients ahead of me and only so many people to attend to them. Check in was okay as well and staff were very polite. They put a lot of effort into the care.

Woke up with a bad eye infection was able to walk-in and be seen by the doctor Prescribe me antibiotics .. I would recommend this place to anyone who need to be seen quickly with results!!

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)
