Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

I was too sick to remember who my nurse and doctor was but they got me in and out quickly and they were very sweet.

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.

Doctor covered all the possible symptoms and treatments that I may be provided.

First time here and everything from scheduling and the visit was so quick and easy. Everyone was very nice. The provider asked questions and gave good recommendations. The clinic is so cute and clean. Love that there’s a parking lot. Definitely will recommended.

This is my favorite urgent care and my absolute go to place to get care!! The entire staff including the nurses, receptionists, and front desk workers are beyond friendly, nice, and caring. They work thoroughly and explain very well. I am a young adult and find each movie themed room to be very cute and rather comforting. Can only imagine that kids love this place! And they have a tv on and each room for kids to watch while they wait for the doctor ( not that the wait time is long once you’ve gotten brought back by a nurse). Also with covid and the new variant, I will admit it’s a bit hectic/ busy, but that is as expected. And I’ve still been able to make an appointment online and get seen right on time and left within an hour, which is exceptional! Anywhere else I’d go, I’d be waiting hours upon hours and booking online makes it quick, easy, efficient. PM pediatrics allows me to feel at ease and very safe in their care. I highly highly recommend PM pediatrics. Also a bonus is that they take patients up until they turn 27, which is great! Although, I wish they could take me longer because I love it there!! I’ve been to this urgent care about 4 times since September of this year (it’s now December), being that I work at a daycare and germs & exposure get around pretty quickly. Also seemingly very cleanly, even with it being busier with covid. Also my doctors have let me stay until I felt safe enough to go home and talked me through my concerns and at home care plan & if anything were to go wrong or I continue to not feel well. Thank you, PM Pediatrics!!! So greatful to you guys!
