Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Samentha was very helpful and attentive, she was the main advocate on making sure my insurance coverage and process were taken care of. Very friendly and inviting, as I am new to the area, she for sure helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of. All scheduling and paperwork was completed ahead of time online very easy.

Schedule a appt the night before and in the morning got seen immediately 10 min before my appt I was very happy

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.
