Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

It was my first time using it. Experience was great. Kind and friendly staff. I’m satisfied with the atención.

Called first. Little wait time. Got there and only waited 10 minutes to be seen. Everyone very helpful and professional.

This visit I waited about 30 minutes before getting into a room, that was quicker than usual but I was the only person waiting. I filled out my check-in ahead of arriving so I anticipated getting in quick on a Tuesday afternoon. I didn't like that the office scheduled my appointment for me with a different primary doctor than my usual, and I didn't like that the doctor was virtual and I talked to a tablet. I would have preferred waiting longer for an appointment to see my same doctor, but you can't see which provider you're scheduled with. Next time I'll inquire about that if it's possible. Mostly I felt confused that this virtual doctor recommended a treatment plan that was different than what I had discussed with my usual provider. I have had good experiences here and I still like the office, mostly though because I like my usual doctor, he's really great.

Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

Have on a as need bases have used the on-line system for scheduling appointments.  System is easy, check-in staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  Doctors and PA wonderful…easy to talk to and excellent with care.   Promise an angel.  Handled my treatment kindly and thoroughly!! Excellent

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

My first time here. There was some complications with my procedure. An obvious more experienced attendant had to assist so it took more time than expected. Overall, the visit was fine. Shelly

I had not been prescribed the antibiotics I needed in two visits to Summit and, as a result, was suffering through day six, repeat six! of a horrible upper respiratory tract infection that had me bedridden and getting worse. You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! It is not a coincidence- it is not that a virus ran its course - I was getting worse not better until you've me the rx.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.
