Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

Woke up this morning with my ears really  bothering me decided to go to the urgent care walked in. The staff were very friendly. The office was very clean and the doctor was super nice. Was able to give me my prescriptions right away and back home I went for a rest. I recommend this location. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Every time I have gone I have had a better experience.

Been having a fever and nausea. Didn't have to wait long. Everyone so caring. Given something for nausea and felt better in 10 minutes. I always have great experience there.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The Nutley location was amazing. They were able to get me in, tested for Covid, flu, RSV, and strep, in a matter of 30 minutes, the medical assistant and doctor were so friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

Scheduling was so easy, check in was a pleasure, the most wonderful staff, and the PA spent time with me, coming up with ways to treat my cough…I would recommend this office to everyone!!

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.
