The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

I just walked-in and managed to check-in and see a practitioner at that same time. I only paid the co-payment of my insurance policy and I provided my health insurance policy information. Hello. This was my first time ever visiting a modern md. I must say the staff at this location was amazing. They actually made me feel comfortable in the middle of a pandemic. So i truly appreciate the welcoming and the courtesy that was extended at this location. If i ever have an emergency or dont feel well this is definitely where i will come. Thank you so so much.

I woke up in the morning with a sore throat.  I walked into Urgent care and it empty the staff in reception were very pleasant and friendly. I was ushered into an exam room by the RN Marianne she was professional and listened to my concerns. She immediately swabbed me for Covid, Flu and Strept. I was then seen by the PA Christine. She was very attentive to my complaints and professional.
