Had a 11am appt. Arrived about 10 mins late but texted to inform. Would have been amazing if they texted back to let me know there was a 2 hour wait once I got inside. I received 3 text the morning of about checking in.. they could have just delayed my appt. They were behind due to a few unforeseen issues. Just tell patience so we can go about our day and plan accordingly. Other than that, everything was fine.

Scheduling, Check-in, Staff, & Care were all excellent. This facility is highly recommendable!

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The wait was very short. They truly care for the well being of the patients. Doctor listened and explained, treatment very well and answered all my questions. Overall great experience, highly recommend this office.

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Do not honor scheduling time Took walk in before me even though I was there at my appointment time

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

My son was having right side of chest pain and the staff was professional, friendly and nice. Took good care of my son. I love when a place is welcoming because they put your stress at ease. Thank you

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!
