Urgent care
I had been feeling bad (sinus drainage, cough, headache, fatigue, aches) since Dec 9th. I thought I was feeling better by Dec 19, and then Saturday Dec 20, started feeling bad again. I decided to find out what was going on and chose to visit Mercy Urgent Care. I was greeted promptly and told to begin check-in at the kiosk. Once I was called back - Jennifer Speller came in to examine me. She was awesome! She prescribed some meds to make me push through and actually begin feeling better. I would definitely return and recommend my friends and family to go there if they needed good care. The only problem I experienced actually happened the following day. I called back with a question about the dosage of one of my prescriptions. The woman who answered the phone said she would ask and call me back. Now, 4 days later - she never called back.

Very kind and attentive plus she explained the medications perfectly so I knew what to expect. My prescriptions were sent in a timely manner- which I truly appreciated. Urgent care
So I have been dealing with this what I thought was just a cold or flu virus for 3 weeks now. Showed up between 7:05 and 7:10 and they were closed but a staff member who was walking out the door could see I wasn’t feeling very well, so they let me in and saw me on the spot. Turns out I had a sinus infection and was prescribed some antibiotics which helped clear it up. This was my 2nd trip to this urgent care in a year and must say I am thoroughly satisfied. Sometimes we just see negative reviews on places so I felt the need to share how this place went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks doc for making me feel like I mattered. Thanks to the lady for letting me in after they closed (thought they closed at 8).

Everything went so smoothly. Every single person I talked with or encountered was so kind and nice. I would highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you!

This is my second time using your facility. This is the best urgent care that I have ever been to and will recommend it to anyone needing top notch medical care. Thank you for your knowledge, kindness and caring ways.

- Verified patient on 12/30

The staff here are the best example of customer service I’ve seen anywhere in a long time. Definitely better than our pediatric office. Wait time was about an hour but not as long as you would expect at an Urgent Care. Quality of front desk staff and ease of scheduling is better than at our pediatric office.

- Verified patient on 11/2

The original receptionist was very black and white, but another employee stepped in with an amazing customer first attitude and made it happen. I was able to get a same day COVID test and walked away feeling like Eastgate Urgent Care went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Steve

First time at Eastside Urgent Care. Every person was so wonderful. Very friendly and thorough. I received great care in a timely manner. I would highly recommend you all and will certainly be back if a health need would arise. ThAnks so much!

- Verified patient on 7/13

The staff was very friendly and professional. The medical assistant listened to my rant and was very thoughtful. The only reason I didn’t give cleanliness 5 stars was because the garbage can that was in the room I was in was very dirty but overall the room was clean. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to friends and family.

- Verified patient on 12/16

New to Ohio area, it was hard finding an Urgent Care (seems like one on almost every corner in Texas) that did rapid COVID Testing without having to wait long. When I called with questions, I was pleasantly, professionally, and in a timely manner helped!! Doctor Face Time was met in the same way! Getting my husband to get a COVID test done was a challenge 🙄 but, got it done. East side Urgent Care made it possible!! Drive thru, get nose swabbed, and 30 - 45 minutes later, get results. Very pleased!!

- Verified patient on 8/13

I needed to get a rapid COVID test quickly and was unable to find one at any of our local pharmacies. Urgent Care was very helpful with setting up a virtual appointment to speak with a doctor within just a few minutes of my call. The doctor was very kind and professional.

- Verified patient on 9/26

The front desk associate, Ben, and Jordan were extremely professional, kind, and patient. Everything was explained in detail, all of my questions answered, and I never felt rushed. So many urgent care centers are sub par in terms of professionalism and quality of care. I wouldn’t hesitate going back to this facility in the future if I needed any of the services they offer.

- Verified patient on 6/29

Fast and friendly service. Great experience. No one wants to go to urgent care but if you have to go , go here.

- Verified patient on 10/22

My visit was fast and the Dr. was very friendly and knowledgeable. I Did not feel rushed through my appointment and he answered all of my questions. Thank you Eastside Urgent Care.

- Verified patient on 4/16

I was instructed to go to an Urgent Care by my Family Doctor so that I could be examined because their schedule was booked. I chose to go to Med Plus, it was across the street from my pharmacy. The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I have many health issues and should go to the hospital to get my blood tested. I’m a difficult person to have their blood drawn so when it was presented to me that I would need to go to the hospital. I could completely understood why. I just didn’t want to expose myself to a hospital. I prefer the experience I can have when you have the same team of professionals that can put a name and face of the person that they are taking care of. Have and will refer them to others in the future.

- Verified patient on 4/6

I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Lohre as always! Happy with the outcome as well! My whole family has been to this facility and have all been pleased as well!! If you need urgent care, go here!!

Turned to CareFirst Urgent Care for COVID Test and Antibody Test. Sunday hours were what we needed for our family to be tested.

- Verified patient on 7/2

The door was open and the waiting area was very clean. Very few touch points Everyone was wearing a mask I waited maybe 5 minutes Staff was friendly, caring, professional and informative This was my 2nd visit to the Winton road facility and it was as good as the first time If you need an urgent care this is a safe place to go

- Verified patient on 10/30

I used Eastside urgent care for the first time today. I had been exposed to a coworker who t tested positive for Covid. I was trying to get tested myself as my daughters are coming home from college soon. They were the only place who could see me right away. The woman who answered the phone even registered me while I was on the phone with her. I had a quick consultation then drove to the clinic and was tested quickly without even getting out of my car. Thanks so much!
