This is a update on the over payment refund. I finally received it. So I will give a better rating as the care I received from them was good.

This place was by far the best place I have been to, I went to 6 other places that said they couldnt help me. They jumped to help me with services even though they was booked solid. They are a blessing! Fast friendly service!! The staff was amazing!!!

OMG! Kayla(MA) was the Best! Very friendly and helpful and professional and friendly and private! Instead of asking why I’m there in front of others she had me to write it down! And my insurance copayments were wrong! She took her time to call to help me! Thank God! ANGELA (CNP) came right in and identified the problem, prescribe my meds! And ask me to let her know how I was doing afterwards!!!! I have been in Medina county for 25 years and have NEVER BEEN Treated WITH SO MUCH RESPECT!!! I Thank God that I went there! Better than my primary care doctor! I will go here before I made an appointment with my own Doctor!!! Thank you ladies SO MUCH!!!!!!

Kudos to the staff at ACH for taking care of my problem and getting me on my way in a timely manner, there was little to no waiting and we got thru my ordeal with a smile and a couple of chuckles. I will go back again without hesitation.

I would like to send a huge thank you to Jen! This wonderful lady spent over an hour and a half trying to relieve my ear pain due to a terrible wax issue!!!! She was so professional and determined!
