I went in for physical and drug screening. The young lady working at registration was helpful andd polite. The nurse who was with me for most of the time was really friendly and kind. She knew a lot and was incredibly pleasant. I am so sorry I cannot remember her name. Kelly the PA was delightful.

Came in because my husband was covered in hives, they took us right back, attended to him immediately and provided excellent care. They were kind and caring and did a thorough job. I'm very happy with our experience there.

Dr. Danko is awesome. Since moving to Maineville from South Florida, I have only used Riversbend. I prefer Dr. Danko! From my sinus and upper respiratory issues to stitches on my thumb from cutting veggies.... I highly recommended him.

I have never been to a urgent care that I felt so comfortable and not rushed, starting from the front desk the guy was so nice(sorry didnt catch your name) then Jonathan kept me laughing even tho I felt like crap,then comes Dr.Ray who was also great and very nice gave me what I needed to help me feel better. I will for sure be going to this urgent care from now on. Thank you so much for the great service
