I've been to this Urgent Care twice a few years apart and they were excellent both times. The last time was earlier this week and everyone was exceptionally kind and friendly. And best of all, they were able to zap a chronic bronchitis infection that has been hanging around for a month. I interacted with numerous staff members and they all seemed to really care and I don't think there's anything they could have improved upon. I want to hug them all they were really so sweet, but I'm sure they don't want my sticky germs. Everything was very clean and quiet. I booked online and the wait to see someone was relatively short. I have relatives in health care and I know how it's difficult in ways the rest of us can't imagine, so please show grace to people doing this life-saving work.

I was so happy to see that testing was happening in a location that I pass every day. With easy-to-adhere-to safety precautions in place, like remaining in your car to fill out the intake form and then waiting for your turn to be seen, this was a breezy testing venture. Staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse was very good-natured over the phone and in person and answered all my questions. The place is very clean with all the safety measures in place. The doctor was super nice, made me feel heard, listened to my concerns, and was so skilled at administering the nasal swab. Zip zop zoop. A little discomfort for maybe 3 seconds. Just like he described -- it's like when you're swimming and you get salt water up your nose. The exact same feeling. No big deal. I was so sorry I had been so scared of this test and reluctant to get it. This was my first visit and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are doing such a wonderful service to your community and in such a pleasant and non-frightening way. You are my heroes. Keep up the outstanding work! Thank you!!!
