I have been going to Mercy Stat Care since I was a teenager. I'm now 32. They have always been fast always been friendly and treated me with respect. Dr. Dang is such a sweetheart.Only problem I have with them is the other doctors are disrespectful. They need more like Dr Dang.

OMG! Kayla(MA) was the Best! Very friendly and helpful and professional and friendly and private! Instead of asking why I’m there in front of others she had me to write it down! And my insurance copayments were wrong! She took her time to call to help me! Thank God! ANGELA (CNP) came right in and identified the problem, prescribe my meds! And ask me to let her know how I was doing afterwards!!!! I have been in Medina county for 25 years and have NEVER BEEN Treated WITH SO MUCH RESPECT!!! I Thank God that I went there! Better than my primary care doctor! I will go here before I made an appointment with my own Doctor!!! Thank you ladies SO MUCH!!!!!!

First time I ever used an immediate care. The service was great.

Two Great Doctors!! Wait times were short and doctors actually care. Doctor Jack was great he's an enthusiastic doctor that will actually care for you. Would highly recommend this urgent care. WILL BE BACK!!
