Tanijah, the nursing assistant was equally engaging and attentive. Joel was very thorough in explaining how to wear the foot brace, the extreme diligence in healing time needed. He reviewed the care needed and never felt like he was rushing us out. It is worth the wait time when you are in the examine room and allowed to ask questions or concerns.
