My only negative comment is that they did not return 2 of my phone calls to review with me the results of my tests.

Me, my wife, and our three small children visited the Live Urgent Care in Bordentown today, all of us sick. We were all seen by the doctor in the same room. Excellent service, excellent bedside manner.

I have been here twice, each on the day before a holiday. They saw me when my regular provider could not.  Live urgent care provides efficient, and high quality care. I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment and went there to find out you were closed.  If you were closed, I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment online  it was even confirmed  Very upsetting

It took a follow up call to get my meds called in to the pharmacy. I could have administered the Covid test better on  myself. Wasn’t surprised that it was negative, it probably had my lipgloss on the swab instead of my nasal contents. What a difference from the visit two weeks ago when Optum was there.  We received great care and prompt treatment.

They didn't ask when I first had symptoms and that would have determined the outcome of a covid test. They could have suggested I wait at least another day before returning there. As a result, I tested negative at AFC and positive two days later. As a result, my $55 copay was wasted.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
