As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! My own doctor was not available and I wasn’t sick enough to go to the emergency room.But I needed to be a evaluated . I contacted Hunterdon Urgent Care . They advised me to come down to be seen . From the initial phone call to my being welcomed warmly by the receptionist area I felt a sense of relief. My experience with the Nurse and the Doctor was positive and reassuring . This is the second time I have had to use Urgent Care and I heartily recommend them especially if you need to be seen promptly and your own PCP is not available . They are a great option
