I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! I went in not knowing if they were going to address the issue I was having to my surprise they did not only address the issue they took care of the issue I was having I am very pleased the time that was taken with me to explain everything I was having done step by step I was filled with anxiety and they showed empathy to caring not only for the medical need I came in for but also caring about my anxiety the doctor was amazing and the nurse who held my hand was extra I felt at ease and I had exceptional care I cant thank st lukes team enough for the care and treatment they provided me with.

This urgent care now closes at 9pm on the weekends, not midnight.
