Recent Physical Exam Reviews (16)

Very little wait, explained my issues, right to xray , the doctor explained everything to me , her approach of dealing with the pain, and went out of her way to keep costs down. My benefits do not start until July. She did not rush me at all, printed me a ton of information. Best thing its a few hours later and feel much better because of her treatment. The staff were courtius and very helpful. Out in less than an hour. I will highly recommend this physicality. Thank you 😊

Had to get my kids sports physicals done. I will always choose liberty care near me for anything. The staff is very friendly and helpful and honest. Also, a staff member recognized my sons birthday was tomorrow from the paperwork and personally came up to him and wished him a happy early birthday. His smile was from ear to ear for the whole entire visit and so was mine. Thank you for always giving my family and I a wonder experience.

I viewed the video of what to expect on how tests were done, and, different from the video, I was pleasantly surprised that we parked our cars and physically stood distanced for the tests, and that we didn't have swabs that we had to snap the ends off of as we inserted them in the vials. Additionally, gifts of mask, hand sanitizer, thermometer, and alcohol wipes were totally unexpected and much appreciated. Thanks for everything!

Brought my daughter for a COVID-19 test. The nurse that came out was great. Even though I had to physically force my daughter to take the test. The nurse was very re assuring that it was normal for my daughter to act like that. Thank you again. The wait time was 0 minutes. I pulled up, called the number, and within a few seconds the nurse came out to my car.

During covid pandemic my daughter has extreme reaction to meningitis vaccine. Staff screened via telehealth and sent text messages informing us about wait time. Then suggested to bring daughter in for I/V fluids and Tx. All staff very nice, concerned and attentive. Dr. Gavin did research between telehealth and physical visit so she new exactly what was going on and best Tx approach. Very happy.

Huge pond in front of the trailer. I felt bad for the physically challenged man behind me. We had to walk thru the water to get up to the windows and it was to the top of our shoes. But other than that it went smoothly

The service at the physical site was fantastic. There is problems with the solv registration service. Conflicting and incorrect information comes up during the registration process. The physical site being closed on Tuesday and not having any available appointments were 2 false messages that came up.
