Arrived as a walk-in, no appt.  I didn’t expect a quick trip as many ppl in waiting room. I’ve used Liberty UC often over the years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Campbell is impressive and thorough. As miserable as I physically felt, Dr. Campbell listened, asked questions, and addressed my issues. Thank you to all at Liberty UC!👍🏼👍🏼

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Best emergency care experience of my life. Maggie, Jamie, Dan, and Mark treated me like a queen: couldn't have been kinder, friendlier, or more competent. I was seen immediately, and my injury was treated with care and professionalism. Fearing a long wait, insurance issues, or grouchy staff personalities so often experienced when seeking emergency care, I hesitated to even go for treatment of my injury but ultimately recognized it was unavoidable. Thank goodness I went, and thank goodness I chose AFC Urgent Care. I not only received amazing health care but also left with warm fuzzies to carry with me all week.

I had no problem getting checked in and the staff is wonderful, Courteous and very friendly and helpful, the care I receive whenever I go there is magnificent and they really care about the patients and getting the best results for them, wish I could have them as my primary provider. I went for obyn issue. They were great. They did a exam and test. All good. They were their to assure me that I'm ok and had nothing to worry about. They were very professional

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.
